Staff Sgt. Michelle Snapp, an advanced oral hygiene technician with the 355th Dental Squadron, based out of Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, in Tuscon, Airz., teaches a Salvadoran boy how to brush his teeth during a dental readiness exercise as part of Beyond the Horizon 2011. Beyond the Horizon El Salvador is a 4-month-long civic assistance and training exercise that is offering free medical and dental clinics, helping build local Salvadoran infrastructure, giving U.S. service members valuable training and strengthening U.S.-Salvadoran relations.
