A U.S. Air Force 17th Special Operations Squadron loadmaster provides instruction to U.S. Air Force 353rd Special Operations Maintenance Squadron and 353rd Special Operations Support Squadron personnel prior to loading onto a U.S. Air Force MC-130J Commando II Sept. 12, 2017, at Kadena Air Base, Japan. Executing a contingency response exercise, the 353rd Special Operations Group seamlessly transitioned to a real-world typhoon evacuation in order to protect SOG assets and maintain SOF mission capability.
