    Japan Prime Minister Naoto Kan is welcomed by Adm. Patrick M. Walsh, commander of U.S. Pacific Fleet and Joint Support Force April 9. The Prime Minister visted the Joint Force Land Component Command to share his appreciation for the joint efforts being shown during Operation Tomodachi and express his thanks to the U.S. military for their quick response and friendship following the March 11 earthquake and tsunami.
