    Adm. Patrick M. Walsh, commander U. S. Pacific Fleet and Joint Support Force, presents a banner from the U.S. military, signed by various Service members and their families stationed in Hawaii to Lt. Gen. Eiji Kimikuza, Japan Ground Self-defense Force, Northeast Army and Joint Task Force commander, April 10. Walsh wants to reiterate his and the U.S. military's commitment to the JGSDF and the JTFTH as well as the Japanese people to help in any way possible during the rebuilding phase of Operation Tomodachi.
