U.S. Army Sgt. Kailey Good-Hallahan, a medic with Company C, 299th Brigade Support Battalion, 1st Infantry Division, and Dr. Sarah Ali, an Iraqi health adviser with the U.S. Embassy, Baghdad’s Provincial Reconstruction Team, and Brad Blauser, founder of Wheelchairs for Iraqi Kids make the final adjustments to a wheelchair here March 5. The wheelchair will enable this Iraqi child to go to school.
