Brad Blauser, founder of the Wheelchairs for Iraqi Kids effort, instructs a group of more than 80 volunteers on how to adjust the wheelchairs here Feb. 18. The volunteer group consisted of U.S. service members, U.S. State Department officials and Iraqi doctors, who supported the Wheelchairs for Iraqi Kids effort, a non-governmental organization that has worked to distribute more than 600 wheelchairs to Iraqi kids since 2006.
