Post Hurricane Irma and Maria Bohlke International Airways, kept intransient military aircraft fueled and logistically ready, while members of the Vermont, Tennessee and Missouri National Guards keep medical evacuations and passenger movements steady. The Joint Operation Center (JOC) within the Virgin Islands National Guard Headquarters serves as dispatch and authorization for all evacuations.
