(Oct. 17, 2017) – Ship’s Serviceman Seaman Nashaly Alejandro-Sanchez, from Orlando, Fla., gives Gunner’s Mate Seaman Matthew Vonheeder, of Las Cruces, N.M., a haircut in the barbershop aboard the submarine tender USS Frank Cable (AS 40), Oct. 17. The Frank Cable barbershop returned to normal operations this week after being closed for six months. Frank Cable, currently in Portland, Ore. for a scheduled dry-dock phase maintenance availability, conducts maintenance and support of submarines and surface vessels in the Indo-Asia-Pacific region.
