Firefighters from the 11th Civil Engineer Squadron rescue Sgt 1st Class Francisco Campos, Pentagon Force Protection Agency chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear or high-yield explosive specialist, from the rubble after a mock mass causality disaster in the commissary at the Center for Center for National Response in Gallagher, W.Va, March 31, during exercise Black Flag. Black Flag cadre along with local civilians acted in injured victims to give the fire department more of a realistic feel.
