Emmanuel Iloh, a combat engineer with Company C, Special Troops Battalion, 2nd AAB, 1st Inf. Div., USD-C and a Marietta, Ga., native, March 26 at Camp Taji, Iraq. The badge provides recognition to non-infantry soldiers who personally engage enemy forces in combat or are engaged by an enemy force.
