A restored olive-drab U.S. military light tank, marked with a white star and unit designations '3A-3C' and 'F-12', is being moved into a building using a crane and rigging chains. The operation involves at least two workers wearing hard hats, with a crane truck visible in the background. The setting appears to be a museum or institutional facility receiving the tank as a display exhibit.
