Villy Vilstrup (center) teaches 13 Iraqi Police officers during the “Train the Trainer” course hosted by the European Union. “The purpose behind this class (Train the Trainer) is to help the Iraqi’s build up their own police capacity,” said Vilstrup, a native of Denmark with over 20 years of police experience.
