Don Dunbar, Wisconsin's adjutant general, addresses the deploying Soldiers with Detachment one, Company B, 248th Aviation Support Battalion, at a sendoff ceremony for the unit Sept. 30 in West Bend, Wis. Approximately 30 Soldiers with the unit will head to Fort Hood, Texas to complete mobilization training before deploying to the Middle East in support of Operation Spartan Shield.
