    A picnic shelter that was completed as part of a troop project is shown Sept. 20, 2017, on the cantonment area at Fort McCoy, Wis. The shelter was built next to the Mission Installation Contracting Command-McCoy building. Troop projects are a regular part of planned improvements at Fort McCoy each year and are coordinated by the Directorate of Public Works at the installation. (U.S. Army Photo by Scott T.
