Personnel of the Federal Emergency Management Agency and Chef Jose Andres, the founder of the non-profit organization, World Central Kitchen, coordinate future logistical operations in order to distribute meals and water throughout Puerto Rico, at the José Miguel Agrelot Coliseum of Puerto Rico in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Oct. 3, 2017. WCK prepared to feed approximately 46,000 residents of Puerto Rico. Chef Jose Andres, the founder of WCK, is supporting the Federal Emergency Management Agency in helping those affected by Hurricane Maria to minimize suffering as part of the overall whole-of-government response efforts.
