    Air Education and Training Command

    Competenct-based learning is an outcomes-based approach that gives credit to Airmen in the form of a certification or badge for the skills and knowledge they have demonstrated in performance.

    The Continuum of Learning initiative is a shift to better focus how Airmen learn by integrating education, training and experience in ways that allow them to learn anytime, anywhere throughout their careers.
