Laura Trinkle, provided opening remarks during the RHC-P and Veterans Affairs Pacific Islands Health Care System co-hosted sixth annual Pacific Regional Behavioral Health Summit, Sept. 7 at Tripler Army Medical Center’s Kyser Auditorium.
