Retired admiral, Ronald Zlatoper, the former commander in chief of the United States Pacific Fleet, provided remarks during the Regional Health Command-Pacific (RHC-P) and Veterans Affairs Pacific Islands Health Care System co-hosted sixth annual Pacific Regional Behavioral Health Summit, Sept. 7 at Tripler Army Medical Center’s Kyser Auditorium.
