    170916-N-KW679-0094 PHILIPSBURG, Sint Maarten (September 16, 2017) Chief Construction Mechanic Robert Putman, assigned to Navy Cargo Handling Battalion 1, stands aboard the expeditionary fast transport vessel USNS Spearhead (T-EPF 1) overlooking the pier, as the ship pulls into port. Spearhead is in port to assist in humanitarian assistance and disaster relief in areas affected by Hurricane Irma.
