The 3rd Battalion, 133rd Field Artillery Regiment soldiers and volunteers assist an elderly woman into the back of a Light to medium Tactical Vehicle to help her get out of the path of rising floodwaters caused by Hurricane Harvey on Sept. 3, 2017 in Vidor, Texas.
