GOLDSBORO, N.C. – Family, Friends and members of the military community attend the re-naming of NC National Guard's Goldsboro Readiness Center to honor Spc. Jocelyn (Joce) Carrasquillo on Wednesday, Sept. 13, 2017. In 2004, Carrasquillo, was assigned to 1st Battalion, 120th Infantry Regiment when he was killed in Baghdad, Iraq, when a roadside bomb detonated next to his convoy.
