GOLDSBORO, N.C. - The Adjutant General of North Carolina, Maj. Gen. Greg Lusk dedicates the NC National Guard's Goldsboro Readiness Center to Spc. Jocelyn Carrasquillo on Sept. 13, 2017. In 2004, Carrasquillo, was assigned to 1st Battalion, 120th Infantry Regiment when he was killed in Baghdad, Iraq, when a roadside bomb detonated next to his convoy.
