Lt. Col. Joshua N. Garrison accepts the 23rd Combat Communications Squadron guidon from Col. Anthony M. Perkins, 960th Cyberspace Operations Group commander, during a change of command ceremony at Travis Air Force Base, Calif., Sep. 9, 2017.
