A Japan Air Self-Defense Force F-15J Eagle pilot maneuvers through the sky during Pacific Partners Air Festival at Misawa Air Base, Japan, Sept. 10, 2017. The F-15 Eagle is an all-weather, extremely maneuverable, tactical fighter designed to permit the Air Force to gain and maintain air supremacy over the battlefield.
