A warehouse worker is using a manual pallet jack to move a large, shrink-wrapped pallet of cardboard boxes through a loading dock bay. The setting appears to be a distribution or receiving facility with stacked wooden and plastic pallets visible to the right. A large industrial fan is positioned to the left near the dock entrance.

Todd Effinger, supply technician with the Food Program Management Office, moves a pallet of supplies Aug. 31, 2017, in building 490 at Fort McCoy, Wis. The FPMO’s reutilization program makes sure food isn’t wasted after training by making the food available to incoming units at Fort McCoy. If food can’t be used by arriving units within the expiration date, it is instead donated to the Hunger Task Force of La Crosse, which distributes supplies to local hunger and emergency-relief programs.
