Supply Technician Kelly Tilbury, Subsistence Supply Management Office manager, opens up the back of a truck from The Hunger Task Force of La at the building 490 loading dock Aug. 31, 2017, at Fort McCoy, Wis. The Food Program Management Office’s reutilization program makes sure food isn’t wasted after training by making the food available to incoming units at Fort McCoy. If food can’t be used by arriving units within the expiration date, it is instead donated to the Hunger Task Force of La Crosse, which distributes supplies to local hunger and emergency-relief programs.
