    Master Sgt. Stephen Hale, 22nd Expeditionary Weather Squadron advising weather trainer, discusses preventive maintenance on the TMQ-53 weather observation system with an Iraqi weatherman March 2. Hale was part of a three-man weather team that traveled from Baghdad to retrieve U.S. Air Force equipment and install a newly purchased system as part of an ongoing process to set up a self-sustained Iraqi military weather service. Hale is deployed from Detachment 2, 3rd Weather Squadron, Fort Riley, Kan., and is a native of San Antonio.
