U.S. Army Sergeant Matthew Joseph, assigned to the 207th Engineer Company, completes the final grading of the road surface prior to compaction during Operation OPDIRT in Al Jaber, Kuwait on August 23, 2017. A team of engineers tested the Operational Ready Dirt Soil Improvement System that could allow for faster creation of roads, runways and helicopter landing pads, as well as needed dust control.
