U.S. Army Soldiers and Marines spray the Operational Ready Dirt Soil Improvement System onto the prepared road surface in Al Jaber, Kuwait on August 23, 2017. Operational Ready Dirt is an experimental surface structure product that would allow for faster creation of roads, runways and helicopter landing pads, as well as needed dust control.
