Sgt. Derek Smith, a team leader for Battery C, 1st Battalion, 37th Field Artillery Regiment and a native of Phoenix, Ariz., hands out back packs, filled with school supplies, to Iraqi children in Intasar, Iraq, March 4, during the re-opening of the Intasar elementary school.
