Brig Gen. Peter S. Lennon (right), Commander, 316th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary), salutes the 14th Quartermaster Detachment monument dedicated to the 13 soldiers who lost their lives in a Scud missile attack during Operation Desert Storm in 1991 during the 20th anniversary memorial ceremony of the attack. The 14th QM Det. suffered the greatest losses of any single unit of the operation while serving in Saudi Arabia with 81 percent of the unit being injured or lost in the attack.
