Performing artist Berry Michael sings the national anthem while the 316th Sustainment Command (Expedionary) color guard salutes the flag during the 20th anniversary of the 14th Quartermaster Detachment Scud missile attack during Operation Desert Storm. The 14th QM Det. suffered the greatest losses of any single unit of the operation while serving in Saudi Arabia; as a result of an errant Scud missile fired by Iraqi forces. Operation Desert Storm ended only hours after the incident.
