Foy, 621st Contingency Response Element director of operations, gives a post-mission briefing after his team offloaded cargo from a C-17 Globemaster II during a field training exercise at Lakehurst Naval Air Engineering Station Feb. 23. As a part of the 621st Contingency Response Wing's worldwide mobility support mission, Foy and his team train constantly to safely offload cargo from nearly every type of aircraft.
