Senior Airman Jesley Crider, 819th Global Support Squadron command post mission manager, sets up a AN/PSC-5D multi-band/multi-mission communications terminal during a 621st Contingency Response Element field training exercise at Lakehurst Naval Air Engineering Station, Feb. 23. As a command post technician, Airman Crider represents one of the approximately 12 career fields in a 30-man CRE. These lightweight units are deployed worldwide, often with no-notice, to disaster areas and austere battlefield locations to assist with the movement of critical cargo.
