An Afghan Air Force Mi-17 lands during casualty evacuation training at Camp Shorabak, Afghanistan, Aug. 27, 2017. More than 60 soldiers with 7th Special Operations Kandak, 215th Corps conducted casualty scenarios with 215th Corps medics and assistance from the AAF and U.S. advisors. The training was an opportunity for both forces to improve their interoperability, enhance communications with one another and utilize their four-line CASEVAC request, which is similar to the NATO nine-line procedure.
