A T-1A Jayhawk training aircraft from the 99th Flying Training Squadron, 12th Flying Training Wing, Randolph Air Force Base, Texas, lands during a driving rain to relocate from its San Antonio base to Tinker AFB in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma Aug. 25, 2017, to escape the path of Hurricane Harvey. Tinker has a memorandum of understanding with Randolph to accept aircraft that must be moved during hurricane evacuations.
