U.S. Marines observe an MV-22 Osprey landing to refuel, Aug. 25, 2017 in Hokkaido, Japan. The Marines refueled the aircraft before conducting an aerial exercise during Northern Viper 17. Northern Viper is a combined-joint exercise held to enhance regional cooperation between participating nations to collectively deter security threats.
