U.S. Navy Chief Petty Officer John Young of Naval Mobile Construction Battalion ONE raises the Djiboutian flag dedicated to the local village Chief Hassan Diama as Seabees assigned to Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa gather for the flag ceremony at a remote village in the Arta region of Djibouti, Aug. 17, 2017. The flag-raising ceremony represented the enduring relationships created as the NMCB 1 worked to build a clinic complex there.
