IqAF trainees must log more than 90 hours of on-the-job training before taking their certification exam and applying for their Iraqi Civil Aviation Authority license. The goal of Iraq Training and Advisory Mission-Air senior ATC officials is to certify and license at least 24 controllers before drawdown is complete.
