Iraqi air force air traffic control students conduct aerodrome training with guidance from Iraq Training and Advisory Mission-Air instructor, David Fowler. Since last October, ITAM-Air air traffic control training managers have more than doubled the pool of contractors - from six to 15 - to train their Iraqi partners who will soon take over responsibility for Kirkuk, Taji and Ali airfields after drawdown.
