Engineman 2nd Class Noah Edwards, assigned to Coastal Riverine Group 1, troubleshoots a motor with Timor-Leste service members during Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Timor-Leste 2017 at Port Hera Naval Base, Timor-Leste, Aug. 1, 2017.
