Delegates from the U.S. and Brazilian armies watch a Brazilian paratrooper demonstrate how a wind tunnel is used in special operator's training July 25 in Goiania, Brazil. The tunnel uses four fans and there are four different levels paratroopers can attain. The delegates from the two country's armies joined to sign mutually agreed upon actions, or ATAs, for the upcoming fiscal year 2018.
