Army South commander, Maj. Gen. K.K. Chinn visited Goiania, Brazil during army-to-army staff talks between the two countries July 25, 2017. After an overview briefing of the command, Chinn and some other U.S. army delegates watched several dynamic demonstrations by the special operators including a rapid response action force securing a building and wind tunnel training by paratroopers.
