U.S. Army Pfc. Luke I. Schlueter, a cavalry scout from Bellevue, Neb., assigned to Troop C, 1st Squadron, 32nd Cavalry Regiment, Task Force Bandit, fires an MK19 automatic grenade launcher at Observation Post Mustang in eastern Afghanistan's Kunar province on Jan. 25. The high-altitude observation post allows the soldiers to secure the mountainous areas that litter the Pakistan-Afghanistan boarder.
