Col. Flint Patterson, center, commander of the 4th Cavalry Multi-Functional Training Brigade, First Army Division East, meets with Army Reserve Soldiers assigned to the 208th Transportation (Palletized Loading System) Company, based in Marana, Arizona, during Combat Support Training Exercise 91-17-03, July 18, 2017, at Fort Hunter Liggett, Calif. Approximately 5,000 Army Reserve and National Guard forces participated in the exercise. First Army provided about 65 observer coach/trainers to augment their Army Reserve partners at the 91st Training Division and assist in training the most capable, combat-ready and lethal federal reserve force in the history of the nation.
