On July 16 Spc. Bikki Shrestha, power-generation equipment repairer with the West Virginia Army National Guard’s 863rd Military Police Company looks at the capabilities of the thermal night vision equipment that he and his unit will test during the 2017 National Jamboree on Summit Bechtel Reserve near Glen Jean, W.Va. The 2017 National Jamboree is being attended by 30,000 scouts, troop leaders, volunteers and professional staff members, as well as more than 15,000 visitors.
