    YOKOSUKA, Japan (July 12, 2017) - U.S. 7th Fleet Deputy Commander Rear Adm. Brian Hurley awards four Navy divers with Meritorious Service Medals in a ceremony July 12 outside Ship Repair Facility and Japan Regional Maintenance Center (SRF-JRMC) headquarters. Twenty five Navy divers (11 from SRF-JRMC, 14 from Mobile Diving Salvage Unit 1) were also awarded Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medals. SRF-JRMC Commanding Officer Capt. Garrett Farman presented 12 Japanese divers with letters of appreciation as well, for their efforts as part of the USS Fitzgerald (DDG 62) salvage and casualty recovery team.
