Lt. Gen. Scott was visiting the 145th Airlift Wing to present coins to deserving Airmen and welcome back deployers, at the North Carolina Air National Guard Base, Charlotte Douglas International Airport, July 5th, 2017. Rice's visit coincided with the return of deployed Airmen from the 145th Airlift Wing, after months in Southwest Asia supporting Operation Freedom's Sentinel.
