A group of naval personnel and crew members wearing colored hard hats and safety vests are observing a replenishment-at-sea (RAS) operation from the deck of a warship. A large auxiliary replenishment vessel is positioned alongside, connected by fuel/supply lines and rigging across the churning water between the two ships. The operation appears to be actively underway in open ocean conditions.
