A local Romanian child takes a look through binoculars supplied by Romanian Special Forces at the Open Gates Ceremony at Otopeni Airport near Bucharest, Romania on July 1, 2017. The ceremony was a public event that allowed locals to witness the techniques and technology of the Romanian Air Force. The ceremony also allowed the public to see the progress and teamwork involved in Operation Atlantic Resolve, a NATO mission between Romania and its Allies and partners that seeks to promote peace and deter aggression in Eastern Europe.
